Welcome to Red Line Design.

 

WHOLESALE:

Several of our items are available for wholesale for brick and mortar stores. Please email us for current line sheets and contact information.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made by credit card through Direct Checkout. All payments will be processed at the time of shipment. Please inquire if you are interested in in being approved for net 30 terms (existing customers only) Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, however it may vary based upon the holiday season. Please contact us regarding your delivery date when placing your order.

International Shipping via USPS

All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice.

Cancellations and Returns

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone, fax or email within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.

CONSIGNMENT: redlinedesign® does not currently work on consignment.

All shipping costs are charged at the time of purchase and vary depending on size of product ordered. Red Line Design is located in Los Angeles, California and it can take up to 7 days to ship to the east coast and longer for international orders.
